At Marivelle Home, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
